Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges are only permitted once; any further exchanges will be at your expense.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Domiloa. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us so we can provide you with the return address closest to your location. Please do not return the product to the address indicated on the package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please submit a claim by email to team.dominia@gmail.com. We are committed to replacing damaged products at our expense or issuing a refund.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned include:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.

* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 24 hours.

Refunds for Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by external factors or force majeure. A delivery delay of up to 30 days does not entitle you to a refund. After this period, you may request a refund.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If you cancel an order that has already been paid for, a 10% transaction fee will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount.

This fee covers the bank and administrative costs associated with processing the payment.

If the order has already been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel it. However, you can return the item once you have received it, according to our return policy.

Refund After Shipment

To receive a refund, you must wait until you receive your package and return it to the return address we will provide.

Refunds for Incorrect Addresses:

Domiloa is not responsible for lost packages if you provided an incorrect shipping address and your package has already been shipped. In this case, no refund request will be accepted.

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Customer absent at the time of delivery

Failure to collect the package from the post office within the allotted time (6 days after delivery notice). If you were not home on the day of delivery or the delivery company was unable to deliver, we will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or inform you by email so you can collect your package from the post office nearest to you. You have 6 days to collect your package. If this period has expired and your package has been returned, you will not be eligible for a refund.

The return shipping costs are not covered by the customer.
